When you select a date variable in the Variable List in the Filter or Edit Category dialog, the middle section of the dialog enables you to define a filter condition based on the selected variable.

Select an option from the list:

Then use the boxes to enter the required date and time. When you choose the Between option, another set of boxes are available for entering the second date and time.
