The UNICOM Intelligence Email Scheduling Wizard provides options for scheduling email jobs. The wizard opens after you click Schedule on the Email Jobs dialog.

Controls the size of the email batch (the number of email messages that are sent). The default value is 10000 emails.

When the number of participants is larger than the selected batch size, the email job is split into multiple batches.

Defines the time zone from which the email messages are sent. The default value is the Interviewer Server’s time zone.

Defines the start time for sending email messages. The default time zone is the server’s time zone, the default start date is the current date, and the default start time is the time that the schedule is saved.

The schedule ends when the project is deleted.

Defines the recurrence interval for sending email messages. The default value is 30 minutes. You can specify minutes, hours, or days.

The Windows Scheduler must be configured to run the SendBatchEmails.mrsscript file. The SendBatchEmails.mrs script iterates the schedule table and sends emails as directed by the table. For more information, see Configuring the Windows Scheduler for Email.
