Changing the default settings

When you create a new project, the settings in the Interviewing Options pages are populated with default settings provided by UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin. You can change the default settings so that when you create a new project, Interviewing Options’ tabs are populated with the values that you defined.

Location of default settings

The default settings for folders are stored in different locations:

Folder	Location of default settings
Fields	In the catifields_default.mdd file, and in DPM’s site properties
Calling Rules	In DPM’s (Distributed Property Management’s) site properties
Interviewing	In DPM’s site properties
Interview Settings	In the catifields_default.mdd file and in DPM’s site properties
Dialer Settings	In DPM’s site properties

Changing settings

To change the settings in catifields_default.mdd, or add a field to catifields_default.mdd, see Editing catifields_default.mdd.

To change the settings in DPM’s site properties, add a call outcome to DPM’s site properties, or change the mapping of autodialer status codes to call outcomes, see Editing DPM’s site properties.
