Retrieving a specific participant
Depending on the options that your supervisor has set, you might be able to retrieve a specific participant. You can use this feature to retrieve your last contact or search for another contact.
To retrieve a specific participant
1 On the Phone Participants main screen, click the Specific Contact button:

The Specific Contact dialog opens.
2 To retrieve your last contact, select Get last contact and click OK.
The dialog closes. Your last contact appears at the top of the main screen.
3 To search for a contact, select Get specific contact.
4 From the list, select the field that you want to search.
5 In the edit box, type the value that you want to search for, and then click OK to start the search.
If a participant is found that matches your search criteria, the dialog close sand the participant’s details appears at the top of the main screen. Your supervisor will tell you what happens if more than one matching participant is found; typically, only the first participant found appears.
If no matching participant is found, a message will appear in the dialog. You can either change the search criteria and click OK to search again or click Cancel to close the dialog.
6 If the participant found is not the one you want, click the Cancel Contact button.
