Entering and editing project messages

The Project Message dialog provides options for creating and editing project messages. Project messages provide specific project information to each interviewer. The editor provides options for modifying message text via HTML or plain text.

To access the dialog, click the Edit project message button This graphic is described in the surrounding text.

Fields

Project

Lists all available projects and allows you to edit the project message for the selected project. Select the project from the list.

Set editor as

Allows you to edit the text in HTML or plain text. Selecting HTML displays a HTML editor that allows you to format the HTML text.

To create a project message

1 Enter the project message text that you want interviewers to see (in either plain text or HTML).

HTML text can be formatted via the provided HTML editor options, or you can just type the HTML tags. When manually entering HTML tags, avoid the <body> tag.

Standard JavaScript can be inserted directly into the introduction text.

2 Click Apply to send the message, or Cancel to discard the message.

Notes

▪Project messages are not localized. The messages display in the language in which they were written.

▪The Project Message tab does not display until after the first project message is created. The tab does not display if you create an empty project message.
