Web Status report
The Web Status report lists all web servers. For each web server, the report shows the web server URL, the overall status (Active or Failed), the registered engines, the failed engines, and the unregistered engines. Red indicates a problem: see Problems in the web status report.
To view the Web Status report
1 In the Interviewing frame, click Web Status.
2 To see the URLs for the registered or failed engines, click the “plus” button that is next to the engines count.
To return to the summary display, click the “minus” button.
3 The report shows the activity at the time that you request it. To see up‑to‑date figures, refresh the report: see Refreshing the report.
Problems in the web status report

Solution
Web servers with “Failed” status
The web server machine did not respond to requests to retrieve the status of its engines.
Restart the server or the associated IIS application pool.
Web servers where 0 engines are registered
Re-register engines on all interview tier servers: see To re-register engines.
Web servers with any number of failed engines
To see a list of the failed engines, click the “plus” button.
Re-register engines on each computer where an engine has failed: see To re-register engines.
Web servers with unregistered engines
To see a list of the unregistered engines, click the “plus” button, and then see To re-register engines.
To re-register engines
1 To re-register engines, open a command prompt, and then go to the following folder:
[INSTALL_FOLDER]\IBM\SPSS\DataCollection\<version>\Interviewer Server\Server
2 Type the following command:
RegIntSvr
3 If an engine still fails or becomes unregistered, look in the Application event logs and the UNICOM Intelligence logs for the server where the engine is, and then try to resolve the issue.
