Opening table documents
You can open any table document that is in your personal user folder for the project. If you have the appropriate access permissions, you can also open files in the shared folder for the project, so that you can access files created by other users.
You can optionally upload table document files from your computer to your personal UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer Server Administration user area. This includes table document files created in UNICOM Intelligence Professional or UNICOM Intelligence Reporter.
To open a table document
1 Click File > Open Tables Document.
The Open dialog opens. It lists all of the table document (.mtd) files in your personal user area.
2 Select the table document file you want to open, and then click Open.
To upload a table document to your user folder
1 Click File > Open Tables Document.
2 In the Open dialog, click the
Upload button
The Upload Files dialog opens.
3 Browse to the location of the file you want to upload, and then select the file.
4 Click Open, then click Upload. The file is uploaded to your user folder and you can then open it in UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation.
