Sorting the variables in the Variable List
You can sort the variables in the Variable List by any of the columns shown in the Variable List.
1 Click the heading of the column by which you want to sort the variables. For example, to sort variables by name, click the Name heading.
2 To alternate between ascending, descending, and unsorted order, click the heading again. An arrow in the heading indicates whether the sort is ascending or descending. When no arrow is shown, it means the variables are shown in their default order.
