Fields tab
The Fields tab allows you to select which fields display on the main screen and select the order in which fields display.
To select which fields display on the main screen
You can select which fields appear on the main screen via Table Setup:
▪To add a field to those already displayed, select the field in the Available Fields list and then click Add.
▪To remove a field from those already displayed, select the field in the Displayed Fields list and then click Remove.
You can select multiple fields by pressing Ctrl or Shift.
To select the order in which fields display on the main screen
You can select the order in which fields display on the main screen in Table Setup:
▪To move a field to the left of the page, select the field in the Displayed Fields list and then click Move Up.
▪To move a field to the right of the page, select the field in the Displayed Fields list and then click Move Down.
