UNICOM Intelligence Author is a desktop authoring tool for creating and previewing surveys for use in a variety of output formats. When you have created your survey, you can activate it to UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin or open it in UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper to format it and add scanning control information.

UNICOM Intelligence Professional is a complete set of tools that supports the building of automated market research processes. UNICOM Intelligence Professional includes an integrated development environment (IDE) that enables you to create, edit, run, and debug scripts that access the capabilities of UNICOM Intelligence components. In addition, you can perform various data management tasks such as cleaning, weighting, and merging.

The Interview Option enables you to build surveys, see how they will look, and test the survey logic – without having to send your surveys to a Web server. When you are ready to collect live data, you can activate your survey directly to UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin. You can create tables directly from UNICOM Intelligence Professional with the Tables Option, and then publish them in a variety of third-party formats, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HTML.

UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer is a fully integrated mobile interviewing solution including the Configuration Wizard, Interviewer Console and Synchronization Console components. UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer was released with 4.5 as a standalone tool for running interviews. Since then, UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer has been enhanced to make the entire mobile interviewing process streamlined and manageable.
