1 In Rational Application Developer, open the J2EE or the Web perspective.

2 Click File > New > Other. The New Project wizard opens.

3 Expand BTT folder, select HTML Application Project, then click Next.

4 Input a HTML Application Project name in Project name: blank. Click Next.

5 Input a context root name in Context Root blank. Check the Generate deployment descriptor checkbox. Then click Next, or click Finish to finish the wizard using the default configuration.

6 Input a package name in Package Name: blank. Click Finish.
