You can drag and drop the widgets from Palette to the RUI editing area.
You can select one widget and edit the properties.
For more information about RUI file, you can refer to the following samples that located in <toolkit_root>/samples:
▪ Rich Client HelloWorld sample: RichClientHelloWorld.zip (rich client project), RichClientHelloWorldEAR.ear (server application). Refer to HTML Hello World sample for more information about the sample.
