1 In the Enterprise Explorer view in IDE, right-click one folder, and then click New > Other. The New window opens.
2 On the Select a wizard page of the New window, expand the UDTT folder, and then click Rich Client Page. Click Next. The Create RUI File page is displayed.
3 In the File name field, specify a name for the RUI file.
You must use a .rui file extension for the RUI file.
