An HTML session data element must contain the following data fields that are used by the CSEstablishSessionServlet:

dse_sessionId
HTML client session ID. This value is set automatically by the toolkit when the startup operation is created.
dse_pageId
The page identifier within the session.
dse_replyPage
The JSP page that will be used to respond to the request. This value is set automatically when the operation is created. The homePage setting inside the HtmlClient keyed collection of the configuration file is used as the default value of the reply page. The startup operation may overwrite this field value in the context to establish a dynamic reply page according to the specific execution logic.
