Alpha developer can decide if a state is resizable or not. If true, the beta developer will be able to resize the state in the working area (by selecting and dragging the mouse). Otherwise, the state cannot be resized.

Therefore, there is a new optional “resizable” attribute in the <appearance> section of state xml configuration file. If it is not specified, the default value is true.
