Tables without a table of contents
pstab automatically creates a table of contents which it prints, starting on a new page, at the end of the tables.
UNIX: You can suppress the table of contents if you do not want it, by running qout and q2ps rather than pstab:
qout -p | q2ps -f format_file -o tables_file
