Using Audit Info with solidDB® Advanced Replication
SQL executed by Client is audited logically, data modifications caused by other server in the format of internal operations are not audited at corresponding server. The operations are:
Data inside refreshed publication being updated when refresh operation is completed at replica. The rows will change but there will be no audit info records.
Data inside master being updated when a propagated message is being executed at master.
Auditing all database changes is still possible since all data changes are tracked by Audit feature at database servers where they are originated. The complexity of the task, however, increases together with number of database nodes in the network.
