The solidDB installation package contains a complete set of the server software, including the JDBC and ODBC drivers and various utility programs.
The installation package is delivered with an evaluation license certificate file, solideval.lic. With the evaluation license, you can evaluate solidDB for 30 days. To acquire a permanent license, contact UNICOM Systems, Inc. sales.
The following installation packages are available:
▪ For Windows: solidDB-ver-platform.exe
▪ For Linux or UNIX: solidDB-ver-platform.bin
where ver is the version number and platform is the platform type.
solidDB can be installed interactively by using a graphical user interface or command line, or by using a silent installation method.
