Directory structure
The default installation of solidDB creates a directory called solidDBver where ver is the version number.
The files and subdirectories in the solidDBver installation directory are explained in the following table.

Explanation
Root directory
The root directory contains the following elements:
an introductory file (welcome.html),
a script that is used to facilitate running samples in the database evaluation phase (copy_licenses.bat),
the evaluation license file (solideval.lic),
bin
solidDB binary files and dynamic library files, including those for Shared Memory Access (SMA) and Linked Library Access (LLA).
doc_html
Files used by welcome.html.
eval_kit/standalone
Working directory for an evaluation version of the solidDB server. This directory contains a sample solid.ini configuration file and an evaluation license file (solideval.lic).
include
C program headers.
jdbc
solidDB JDBC files:
solidDB JDBC driver (SolidDriver2.0.jar)
Data store helper archive for use with WebSphere (SolidDataStoreHelper.jar)
solidDB dialects for Hibernate (SolidSQLDialect.jar, SolidSQLDialect-4.3.jar, SolidSQLDialect-5.2.jar)
lib
Static linkable library files, including the SMA import library and the LLA libraries and symbolic links.
licence
License and notices files.
logs
Installation log.
odbc
ODBC driver installer.
samples
Samples that can be used in the database evaluation phase and future application development.

Files for uninstalling solidDB.
