CREATE EVENT event‑name [(param‑name data‑type [param‑name data‑type …])]

Usage
Use the CREATE EVENT statement to create user-defined event objects in the solidDB databases.
After you have created a user-defined event, you must register, post, and wait on the event by using stored procedures.
Parameters, clauses, keywords, and variables
event‑name: User-defined alphanumeric string that identifies the event
param‑name: User-defined name of the parameter
data‑type: See data-type
