solidDB Help : Replication : Advanced Replication : Maintaining a distributed system

Maintaining a distributed system
After your initial implementation of an Advanced Replication system, you might need to make changes to the implementation. The changes might include the following tasks:
Changing master or replica database location
Unregistering a replica database
Creating large replica databases
Managing data with synchronization bookmarks
Exporting and importing subscriptions
Modifying stored procedures that are associated with Intelligent Transaction
Upgrading schemas in a distributed system by using Maintenance Mode features
Upgrading the solidDB server version in a distributed system
Note You cannot switch an existing replica database to work with a different master database. This would lead to a mismatch in the synchronization of incremental publications. Instead, you must create a new replica database and register it with the required master database.
