The MESSAGE APPEND REFRESH statement lets you refresh from a publication that is in the master database, see MESSAGE APPEND.

Using this statement, you provide parameters to the publication (if they are used in the publication definitions) to narrow the scope of the replica refresh. For example, you could specify that you only want to refresh the data related to a particular branch office.
