ArchiMate Project Viewpoint
The Project Viewpoint is used to model the management of architecture change – from the “as-is” Enterprise Architecture to a future “to-be” state. The Project Viewpoint:
Is intended to inform managers, enterprise architects, and employees of the Enterprise Architecture vision, motivation, and policies.
Relates business goals to programs and projects (through Work Packages). You can then analyze at a high level whether all business goals are covered sufficiently by the current portfolio(s).
