Use the Change Free Form Text dialog box to globally change freeform text wherever it occurs in the encyclopedia.

Although you can change text, you cannot change definition names, and you cannot change the values of fields that are defined as other than text in the Property Configuration Set or Rules for editing USRPROPS.TXT.

For example, you cannot change any text in a process definition minispec. You can change text in the Purpose property of Process definition, however, because that property is defined as text.
