Use this command to set margins for, add a border to, or delete a border from printed pages. If a diagram is open when you use the command, the command is applied to that diagram. All settings are saved with the diagram, and become the default for that diagram. If no diagram is open, the settings become the default for all diagrams in the encyclopedia.
