Defining object states
You can define object states in an OV-6b Op state transition diagram to track objects and entries.
1 To access the object state definition, double-click the object state.
2 In the Model-Object State dialog box, on the pages of the Entry Condition Sets tab, complete the Entries from State, Entries from Facts, and Entries from Constraints fields.
3 On the pages of the Introduction tab, complete the Object Name, Object State Set, and Description fields.
4 On the pages of the State Description Conditions tab, complete the Facts and Constraints fields.
5 On the pages of the Exit Condition Sets tab, complete the Exits to State, Exits to Facts, and Exits to Constraints fields.
6 On the Symbol page, include any graphic comments.
7 Click OK.
