Investment domain
This domain is not explicitly described by OMB, but key concepts and properties can also be derived from the Reference Model documentation and Exhibits 300 and 53.
The investment domain has four Meta-concepts: Portfolio, Investment, Program, and Account Meta-concepts. A Portfolio contains one to many Investments. In addition, a Program sponsors and an Account funds an Investment. Investments are linked to zero to many Operational Measurement Indicators, many to one (primary) and many to many BRM Sub-Functions and many to many Units of Work. In addition an Investment has a one to one relationship with a Stakeholder Organization.
