Tactics
According to the Business Rules Group, a Tactic implements a Strategy. For example, the Tactic “Provide ongoing professional training” implements the Strategy “Retain Quality Employees.”
Also, Tactics are formulated to achieve Business Objectives. For example, the Tactic “Provide ongoing professional training” is formulated to achieve the Objective “Reduce Employee Turnover”.
These relationships are formed through respective matrices. See the help topics about Enterprise Direction diagrams for details.
You can visually model Tactics on Enterprise Direction diagrams, which support the Business Motivation Model (BMM).
