Specifying influences for Business Objectives
You can specify external or internal influences that might positively or negatively impact a Business Objective. This enables you to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) involved in a project or business venture.
1 Click View > Matrix Browser
2 In the Matrix Browser dialog box, click the Enterprise Direction tab.
3 Select the SWOT Assessments (Influences on Objectives) matrix. Go through the filter dialog boxes to open the matrix.
4 In the list for the appropriate intersecting cell, specify an Influence on each Business Objective by selecting Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, or Threat.
