The percentage of reduction for the Reduced View command can be changed with the scroll bar. The allowable values are between 10 and 100 percent of actual size.

Checking the Save command in the Reduced View section will preserve your settings for future work sessions, or until other settings have been made and the Save button is checked again. If the Save command is not used, your settings will affect only the current work session.
