You can use the Scenario Propagation command to make sure that your Child IDEF3 Process Flow Diagrams have the same scenarios as their Parent diagrams.

From the Tools menu, select IDEF Utilities, Scenario Propagation.

You must select a diagram in order to activate the Propg button.
