The audit ID dialog displayed when security mode 4 has been activated has three fields for user entry, instead of the usual single field. In order to have access to supervisor type activities, the supervisor password must be entered in the second text box, Supervisor password. The password can be changed by entering a new password in the third text box, New password. The first time security mode 4 is used, the default password, Password, is in effect. For obvious security reasons, the Project Manager should change the default to a genuine password immediately.
