To generate XSD, you must have a UML Class diagram opened and associated with an XSD schema package.
1 Select Tools, XSD, Generate XML Schema.
2 Leave the Export the original XML Schema checkbox uncheck to generate XML Schema from the current diagram. Checking the Export the original XML Schema will export the original schema file that was stored at the reversal time.
3 Only XSD stereotyped objects will be generated, the rest will be ignored.
