You can customize any toolbar, placing command buttons on it that you feel are most convenient for your use, or removing command buttons from it.
To customize a toolbar
1 Right-click any toolbar (on any portion of it except the title bar), and then click Customize on the shortcut menu.
2 Select the Commands tab of the Customize dialog.
3 Select the category which contains the command you want to add. You can browse commands for each category in the Commands list box on the right of the Customize dialog, Commands tab.
4 Select the command button and drag it to the toolbar that you want to add it to, or drag it to the menu that you want to add it to: drop it where you want the command to appear.
Note You can add buttons to the end of the Draw toolbar. You can initially add command buttons anywhere in the list of buttons on the Draw toolbar, but upon reopening the diagram, command buttons that you have added to the Draw toolbar are placed at the end of the default list.
To add separators between toolbar commands
1 Right-click any toolbar (anywhere except the title bar), and then click Customizes.
2 Select the Commands tab of the toolbar’s Customize dialog.
3 In the Categories list, click Special.
4 Drag the Separator command onto the toolbar, between the commands that you want to separate.
