Click the Back button to return to the panel you were reading immediately before the panel you are currently reading. If you just opened the help system and are on the first page, you cannot be taken back anywhere by the Back button. If you have been navigating around the help system, continuous clicking of the Back button will take you backwards over the panels you read in an inverse chronological order.
