The Resources Traceability (Activity to Function) viewpoint is a matrix that enables you to map OperationalActivities to the Resource Functions that enable them. It is opened by selecting View > Matrix Browser, and then selecting the Rs-Tr Resources Traceability (Activity to Function) matrix.
