Managing links
You can create a list of pages that you frequently access, so that they are readily available to you each time you peruse the repository through System Architect XT. Unlike bookmarks, which are specific to a user/encyclopedia, links are only specific to a user/catalog: they are intended to be used for links that are not encyclopedia specific.
To set a link
1 Open the web page that you want to add to your links.
2 Copy the link that is displayed in the Address box of the web browser.
3 Click Manage my links on most pages of System Architect XT.
4 Paste the link into Link Target.
5 Specify a name in the Link Title field.
6 Click Add, and then click Submit.
To manage your links
1 Click Manage my links on any System Architect XT page.
2 On the Manage my Links page, current links are listed in the middle of the page. Click a link; change its title or url location in the Link Title and Link Target fields, and then click Update.
3 To change the position of a link, as displayed on the right of every System Architect XT page, select it, and then click Up or Down.
4 To remove a link, select it, and then click Remove.
