Relating objects
You can use standard Windows drag, copy, and paste techniques to relate objects. You can also relate objects from the perspective of either of the related objects. For example, to relate User1 to Encyclopedia1, you can drag User1 beneath the root User & Groups node, and drop User1 beneath the Encyclopedia1 node. Conversely, you can drag Encyclopedia1 beneath the root Encyclopedias node and drop it under the User1 node. Either method yields the same result, which is that User1 is related to (or assigned) to Encyclopedia1.
