The System Architect Configuration dialog enables you to turn on or off the Methodologies supported by System Architect for view in an encyclopedia. The following choices are available:

Selecting Flow Chart option on to make the Flow Chart diagram available.
Decomposition diagrams are used to diagrammatically represent an organization or a system in a tree hierarchy. Toggling this option provides the following diagrams:
Decomposition diagram Auto-Decomposition diagram (creates hierarchies automatically based on provided information).
Selecting XML Schema enables you to specify the structure of an XML document and constraints on its content.
Selecting TOGAF (The Open Group Architectural Framework) enables the following diagrams:

iRMA – integrated Reference Model Architect is used to assist Departments and Agencies in incorporating and using the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Reference Models.
Technical Architecture target databases section
You can select one or more target databases for an encyclopedia. Selecting a database enables dialogs and tabs of specific properties for that database to be shown when you edit symbols and definitions in data models.
Target languages section
You can select one or more target languages for an encyclopedia. Selecting a language enables dialogs and tabs of specific properties for that language to be shown when you edit symbols and definitions in object models.
Advanced properties button
Click Advanced to select more specific diagram types and property sets for your project.
