1 With the diagram that you want to print open and in focus, select View > Zoom > Used Area, so that all of the diagram is shown in the diagram workspace.

2 Select File > Print. Notice that a numbered grid appears on the diagram workspace. Each cell in the grid corresponds to a printed page.

3 To adjust the grid in the Print dialog, select Full Size in the Size group, and then moving the scroll bar to adjust the grids on the diagram. Or select Reduce to One Page and notice how the grid changes.
