Analytics
Analytics are a feature of the System Architect for SOA add-on to System Architect. Use analytics to color symbols or draw boxes around symbols that meet a criteria or are grouped by another definition type.
Example 1
This diagram shows a Business Interaction diagram where the Business Services have been colored by Business Activity.

To reproduce this diagram:
1 Switch off any iconic stereotypes by clicking the Mona Lisa toolbar button.

All business services should appear as simple rectangles.
2 Drag the analytic definition “Color Business Services By Business Activity” on to the diagram.
The Business Services change color according to the Business Activity they support.

This diagram shows a Business Interaction diagram where the Business Services have been grouped by Business Activity using rectangles.
