This field allows you to specify that a complete match (letters and length) must be found between the "From" text and any text in the dictionary before a change can be made. When you turn this option off, what you typed in the From field is treated as a prefix. MEMBER can be found even in the word REMEMBERING, so it is a good idea to turn on the Confirm field when you turn Word off.
