Match whole word only
This field allows you to specify that a complete match (letters, case, and length) must be found between the "From" symbol and any name in the dictionary before a change can be made. When you turn this option off, what you typed in the From field is treated as a prefix. Thus, by not turning on this field, you could easily change all occurrences of Payroll-xxxxxxxx to Personnel-xxxxxxxx. When you turn this field off, the system will search for what you typed in the From field anywhere in text strings.
MEMBER can be found in the word REMEMBERING, so it is a good idea to turn on the Confirm field when you turn Match Whole Word Only off.
