JUSTIFTY is no longer used in SAPROPS.CFG or USRPROPS.TXT. It does not cause an error if specified in USRPROPS.TXT, it will be ignored by the USRPROPS.TXT parser.

It used to be one of the arguments of the LAYOUT command. When used, it lined up all controls to the edge of the right and left margin of the dialog page.
