You must specify an output file if you are generating
•an HTML report, or
•a text report and have selected the Raw Data option.
HTML report
You must specify an output file if you have selected to generate an HTML report. The HTML file report is generated to the output file selected.
Also, if you have selected the Raw Data option for the HTML-type report, raw HTML data (not formatted by a selected XSL stylesheet) is generated to the specified output directory, with the name of the output file you have specified appended with _data.
For example, if you generate an HTML report to ..\temp\output.htm, the raw data is output to ..\temp\output_data.htm.
Text report
If you select the Raw Data option for a text report, you must specify an Output File for the text file of raw data generated. Three files are generated:
