Duplicating a report
1 In the Reports dialog, display a list of reports.
2 Select the report you want to duplicate, and then click Duplicate.
A new, unique name is created for the new report by adding a number to the name. That number is incremented by one for each copy of the same report. The report commands are duplicated in the same Report Definition file as the original report.
3 Click Edit (see Edit <report name> dialog) to modify the duplicate report.
Give the report a new name and description that matches its new function.
