Overrides the list separator if the Microsoft Windows International dialog is set to use ; (semicolon) or other characters to separate items in a list. If this line is missing from the .RPT file and , (comma) is not the list separator selected in the Windows configuration, an error will occur when the .RPT file is loaded.

If the .RPT file does not contain this line, a text editor must be used to add it to the Global Settings section before all other SETTING commands or FIELD commands that contain a comma. The Report Editor cannot be used to make these changes.
