Editing and adding the report name and description
In the Add Report dialog or the Edit <report name> dialog:
1 Type the report name.
The report name appears at the top of the printed report page.
2 Type a brief statement describing the purpose or contents of the report.
The description displays in the communication bar at the bottom of the Reports dialog whenever the report is selected.
