Editing and adding the report sort criteria
In the Add Report dialog or the Edit <report name> dialog:
1 Click Properties to Print to display the Select <class> Properties to Print dialog.
2 Add some properties to report on, using the Add button.
3 In the Properties to Sort box, select those fields to be used for sorting.
At least one field must be selected.

4 Click OK.
