“You are not authorized to view this page” message when accessing the System Architect XT website
This can happen when your website is configured to accept Window Integrated Authentication only (which is correct) but the browser is not.
To resolve this issue:
1 In your browser, go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Local Intranet > Custom Level > User Authentication.
This assumes System Architect XT is on the local intranet.
2 Review the following settings to identify and to resolve the error:
If Anonymous Login is checked.
Ensure that Automatic Login only in intranet zone is checked.
If there is a proxy between the client and the System Architect XT website, exclude the proxy for local addresses.
